Founded by Late L. Radha Ram Goyal in 1932 starting from a small Trading House from a small village. The Group Companies as on today are in Food, Steel, Cement, Chemical, Approved Railway Suppliers etc. RNL has brought Internationally proven technology to India and is adapting it to suit the local environment, The Company ensures and is committed to continuous transfer of technology from it´s Collaborator and others to India by sending its key engineering personnel overseas as well as by hosting joint training programmes in India. RNL has also tied up with other major world leaders in the Industry that is Innovative Freezing Systems Ltd./ Eurotek Engg. Ltd. U.K., Zacmi/ Bertuzzi Italy, Semifi, France, Allstate Group Mumbai, Servotech (India) Delhi etc. The indentification of state of art technology i.e. IQF is being adapted worldwide, is a process that will keep RNL in the forefront in food industry as well as helps the company to enhance the content of its basket of technologies.

Introduction

The Company, Radha Nutrients Limited was incorporated on 13th November, 1995 with registrar of the companies Delhi & Haryana. The registraion No. of the Company is 05-32898. The certificate of the commencement of Business was received on 20th December, 1995. The main object of the company is as follows:

" "To Carry on the business of manufacture & trading in preserved, Frozen, dehydrated, canned or converted, agricultural produces, fruits and vegetable provisions, food diary and poultry products and articles".

The company proposes to setup 100% EOU for processing fruit & vegetables under Individual Quick Frozen (IQF). The company has entered in to technical collaboration and 100% buy back arrangement has been made with American Business International, Inc., U.S.A.

The company has acquired land measuring 16,000 sq.meters at Saha Chowk, Jagadhri Road, Ambala, Haryana. The registered office of the company is situated at the same place.
